We're located about 5 miles west of junction 40 of the M40, between Penrith and Keswick, and about 4 miles north of beautiful Ullswater. We're just on the northern edge of the Lake District National Park, nestling below the reflected colours of Blencathra.

Our whole approach is based on customers storing their cars and leisure equipment exactly where they most want to use it. Why would you commute to the Lakes in your classic during a Friday evening rush hour, rather than using your everyday car and just swapping over? Why would you  put all your walking/camping/fishing/boating/biking gear into your car on a Friday, lug it around all weekend, take it back home to unload, then do the same again soon afterwards?

Many of our customers are owners of holiday cottages and lodges in the National Park, and don't have the space for store their leisure equipment at their 2nd home. Now you can have the very best of both worlds, being able to keep your hobby equipment just where you want to use it.
